Collin Cichonski

Director of Operations

Collin Cichonski is the Director of Operations at Ampere Hospitality Group, overseeing Messina Social Club, Hemlock Events, Tulip Pasta & Wine Bar, and Black Cactus in Avalon, NJ. He partners with culinary and service leaders to translate each brand’s identity into day-to-day excellence—owning standards, staffing and training, vendor relationships, scheduling, and the guest experience across dining rooms and off-site events. From members-only tasting menus at Messina to white-glove productions with Hemlock Events and beach-town service at Black Cactus, Collin ensures each concept feels distinct, polished, and consistent.

Previously, Collin served as Director of Operations at Ampere Capital Group, a private equity investment group, where he supported portfolio operations and cross-functional initiatives, and as General Manager at Talula’s Garden in Philadelphia. He’s known for hands-on leadership and a calm, solutions-first presence that elevates service culture while scaling programming across restaurants and catering.
